The AGV-125 is a heavy-duty 1-1/4" horizontal seismic gas shut-off valve designed to automatically interrupt gas flow during seismic activity of approximately 5.4 magnitude or greater. Ideal for larger residential and commercial gas systems, this valve meets California’s strict earthquake safety requirements and ensures reliable shutoff protection for side-fed gas appliances.

Built from a corrosion-resistant aluminum body with brass and stainless steel internal components, the AGV-125 is UL/CSA listed, certified to ASCE 25-97 and ANSI Z21.70, and approved for installation in Los Angeles (RR# 5349). Once activated, the valve must be manually reset at both the inlet and outlet.
