Refund policy

At United Plumbing and Fire Supply, we’re committed to providing quality products and excellent service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Returns must be approved by our team prior to shipping the item back

Custom items, special orders, and clearance/final sale products are not eligible for return.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used products

  • Items missing original packaging or labels

  • Electrical or gas-fired products that have been connected

  • Custom or cut-to-order materials

  • Clearance or final sale items


🔄 Return Process

  1. Request Return Authorization
    Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship the Product
    Once approved, return the item using your preferred shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

  3. Inspection & Refund
    After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


💸 Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return label and a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
